Property acquisitions require that due diligence on environmental issues conducted in a thorough manner prior to closing. Since 1988, Huff & Huff, Inc. has conducted environmental site assessments on over $900 million of industrial and commercial property transactions. Site assessments follow ASTM protocols and All Appropriate Inquiry, and may include the following components to characterize potential environmental concerns:
